Why did I get a bill from Boyce and Bynum Pathology?
We send off our lab specimens to Boyce and Bynum unless your insurance specifically says that you need to use a different lab. They are the ones that analyze the sample and give us the results. If you get a bill from them, please give them a call at 1(800)392-2748 because we have nothing to do with their billing. You may also want to check with your insurance company to make sure that your claim was processed properly.
Why do I have to wait a full year to have my annual appointment?
Some insurance companies require it to be a full year from your last appointment date in order for them to cover your annual appointment. Many insurance companies only require it to be one per calendar year. To be on the safe side, we generally schedule all annual appointments after its been a full year unless the patient knows their specific insurance policy or if they have changed insurance companies.
Where can I park once I get to your office?
There is a parking lot out to the front and side of our building. There is also free valet parking down in the front of our building, the Hickingbotham Outpatient Center.
